I've known Mike for years. I consider him to be an honest and upstanding young man. If I ever needed an agent again I would pick him. We have also worked with Laura McNeese, they make a great team!!! Mike was very helpful in all aspects of the purchase of our property. We were moving from out of state and he was more than helpful with any and every question we had regarding the area. From the major questions about the land and pricing in the area to even where to shop for food and the best restaurants! Mike and Laura even found us a wonderful hotel to stay in when we came up from Florida for the closing. We had to bring our dog up with us and Laura called the hotel to confirm that they were pet friendly. Can't get better service anywhere! My husband and I have nothing but the best to say about Mike. Any question we had only had to be asked once and Mike found the answer for us. We felt extremely comfortable in his ability to help us find the perfect property for our needs. His attention to detail was excellent! We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Mike and the staff at Century 21. He helped in so may ways to make us feel that our move to Tennessee was the right choice. Mike didn't make a lot of money on our purchase, but he sure made two (2) friends that will be proud to send anyone we know his way.
Mike McNeese and his wife were so courteous and friendly. He told us how to find everything we needed and the places we will need to go when we move to Tennessee. He took us through the house more than a few times, and always answered my phone calls whenever I called. He also guided us through the paper work which was a big help. My husband & I started planning & looking for a "retirement" home about 2 years ago. I saw a listing that peaked my interest listed by Mike McNeese and sent an email inquiry. He also went to the seller to fix some issues that showed up in the house inspection. I am very impressed with them and appreciate their expertise and hard work .

Mike listened to our description of what we were looking for in a prospective property and showed us only properties that had these attributes. When we found our ideal candidate, Mike made the process of creating an offer and extending the offer very easy for us. He listened to what aspects were most important to us and ensured that these were addressed. He followed through once the offer was accepted to ensure we had the necessary permits / inspections to ensure that the property we purchased would meet our requirements.
