I contacted an old friend in the real estate business prior to Mike. The reason I was selling was divorce, so I sought a second opinion. When Mike came over for our appointment, in a very professional manner, he let his sales volume speak for itself compared to the other agent. He also told me to list it for $30K less than the other person suggested if speed was important (which it was). During the process, Mike was always accessible, and did an excellent job communicating to both me & my soon-to-be-ex-wife. Also during the time, he showed me multiple houses & met me multiple times at his office to refine the search criteria. At the end of the day, I decided to rent for a year. Despite the hours he had invested, Mike never pushed me to buy or settle for a property. In fact, he actually went the other direction - looking out for me rather than himself.
