I was more than satisfied with the very professional and outstanding service that I received in dealing with Mike Sibbald and Elevations Real Estate in my recent transaction. Mike handled everything related to the transaction in an expeditious fashion and made the entire process very easy for me. He was very knowledgeable with the real estate market and made several very valuable recommendations. He coordinated all of the meetings, inspections, repairs and follow up processes to complete the sale. I will certainly utilize his services again if the need arises and would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends and business colleagues. Thanks Mike!

Mike Sibbald was a pleasure to work with! We used his services for selling our house and buying our new home and both transactions were smooth and trouble-free. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the experience. Because of his strong advertising campaign, we had several offers for our house within 24 hours of our house going on the market. Mike Sibbald got us over our asking price along in addition to several other sweeteners in the offer. He was always accessible and able to answer our questions with clarity and promptness. His knowledge and connections in the real estate industry helped secure a seamless and generous deal. He went above and beyond our expectations and I would highly recommend him to our friends and family.

Mike Sibbald was a great buyers agent, as well as a sellers agent for our family. We felt confident in his professionalism and broad knowledge base of the real estate market in Fort Collins, Colorado. If there were a ranking "better than Excellent" that is what Mike deserves! Mike Sibbald was patient, and exceedingly available for our questions and concerns. We felt that with Mike, we were led by an established, thoughtful and knowledgable guide to sell our home (within hours on the MLS!) and buy the perfect new home in our dream location.

I've purchased and sold several homes and Mike was by far the best agent I've ever dealt with. His knowledge of the market, time spent understanding my needs, and hard work went above and beyond. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We're very happy we got to work with Mike Sibbald. He was always professional, available and on top of things. His timely responses and the speed with which he was able to set up viewings is the main reason we were able to get an offer in and accepted on an amazing home! Mike was also always very easy and enjoyable to work with and we highly recommend him to anyone in need of a broker.
