We recently bought a house in Payson, but before settling on Utah County, we looked at Tooele. Mikel Bushnell spent a good chunk of time driving to and from Tooele with us to look at homes. He was also very patient with our (very) particular needs and tastes. He was honest in his assessment of the homes we looked at - if he saw issues immediately or had thoughts about the property he shared them, and didn't tell us every house was "the one" or that we'd "never see a house like this again". I think this quality is VERY valuable in a realtor. Mikel came highly recommended by a family member, and I echo the sentiment. I would never go without a realtor since the process is so complicated.
