Miogene was referred to us by a colleague at my new job, and her knowledge, not only related to real estate, but really about everything in this part of Texas, was instrumental for us in finding our new home.

Miogene is one of the best realtors I've ever worked with. She's so knowledgeable and explains things about every neighborhood which really helped me in my decision making. She's extremely dedicated and easy to trust because she'll tell you the positives and negatives about each property. I consider her my realtor for life and will always call her whenever I need help finding real estate. She's the best!!! Miogene is a top realtor and easy to work with. She's extremely knowledgeable and also friendly. I really enjoyed working with her. Wonderful staff

We had a very short time frame to find a house and Miogene Alexander worked the entire holiday weekend to make it happen. She took the time to listen to all our wants and used our limited time wisely. I don't think I have ever worked with an agent as dedicated and hard working as Miogene. She was very committed to showing us everything we wanted to see. She was extremely knowledgeable about the region and builders. Miogene was helpful every step of the way. She was able to move our closing time up in order to help with our movers. Any obstacle that came up, Miogene was able to guide us around it. We would definitely seek Miogene Alexander for any future agent needs. I would also like to comment on how much we enjoyed working with Miogene. She has a great personality and made the stressful time in our lives more pleasant. Thank you Miogene Alexander!!!

Miogene was so professional, kind, understanding, and her confidence made us feel like we were in good hands. She was quickly able to understand what we wanted from the sale of our home, and always acted in our best interest. We knew from the moment we met her that she knows her business well, and had excellent contacts and recommendations for others that could help us with the sale of our home. Her recommendations for contractors and inspectors are people that we really appreciated working with, and will continue to use for future projects in our new home. We are so appreciative of her professionalism, knowledge, and accessibility. We were nervous about selling our home, and Miogene put us at ease immediately. We are so thankful that she was able to get us exactly the deal we were looking for!

I knew that Miogene was an excellent reputation. She helped my son purchase his first home and then four homes. She is very knowledgeable about market value of homes in your area and thus the home sells quickly. When the time came for me to sell my home, Miogene was the first and the ONLY broker I would consider. Miogene was always there with me to "hold my hand" and to calm me down with the sale and purchase of my home. She was there to answer my questions whenever I contacted her either phone, email or text. She was always prompt with her responses also. She always made me feel comfortable, because I knew I could trust her suggestions and judgment. I rated Miogene EXCELLENT in each of the above areas, because I believe she tops each one of the above character qualities.. Each time I called or came into the office, every staff member I came into contact with were always friendly and knowledgeable. I would not have survived the entire process if it weren't for Miogene. Her sales experience was extremely helpful to help me through this entire process.

Miogene has helped my son sell and purchase four homes. He was extremely pleased with the way Miogene handled his sales and purchases. When the time came for me to sell my home I would only contact Miogene.. She worked many hours with me to try to find my "perfect home".. She was always there for me, finding homes that she felt I would like to have for my new home. She always made me feel like I was her only client. She always had time to answer any questions or concerns that I had with this purchase. She understood that I was doing this on my own and she always, always took time to explain things to me throughout this entire process. She was there for me the first day until the last day when I closed on the house and even had time to help me a few days after the sale when I had some questions. Miogene is the GREATEST and the BEST agent! I will always recommend Miogene to others. She had the ;patience of a Saint with me and was always there for me.. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable and is just THE BEST! Miogene helped me handle my sale and made it much easier for me to go through this process. I really liked the fact that she knows so many professionals that came to work on my home to get it ready for sale. Each one that came to my home were excellent workers and their prices were good. She even helped me with a new insurance company when I needed one.. I could just go on and on how blessed I was to have Miogene as my realtor. She always followed through on phone calls and was always so prompt returning my calls. If it were not for Miogene and all her help, I would be a "basket case" .. She was always there for me when I needed her, not only as an agent, but a friend ...

Miogene was excellent in helping us as first-time home buyers. She took time to fully understand our needs, and did so much research. She also stayed in regular contact, and communicates so well (she's very easy to talk to)! You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and she made everything easy for us from start to finish. Additionally, she was amazing in negotiating the best price for our new home, and went above and beyond during the contract process. You know from the start that she cares about finding the best home for you! We would definitely recommend her to our family and friends!

I was very satisfied with Miogene Alexander. She was very thorough and got back to me as soon as she could. Very detailed and helpful throughout the whole process of the sale of my house.

She will work hard for you and keep in very informed about the sale. Will answer all your questions. She is very pleasant to work with. A very nice person.
