Given the circumstances, Miogene treated us like family and reassured us that we would navigate this process with ease. She was always open and honest, keeping us informed of every step throughout the entire selling process. It was a pleasure to work with her. I recommend Miogene to family and friends who are looking to buy or sell in the fur market.

I have used Miogene several time, she is great to work with.

My husband and I just purchased our first home and Miogene was extremely helpful every step of the way! In addition to walking us through all the steps of the process, she also provided crucial knowledge of the market so we could be confident we were making a good investment. Despite the process being stressful at times, she helped provide us peace of mind. I would highly recommend her services!

Simple the best agent in DFW. Have used her several times, would not use anyone else.

Miogene was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with navigating my needs regarding the purchase of my home.

She provided me with a lot of information of the whole process when buying my first house. It made it very easy to get through it all very fast and efficiently.

Miogene is an exceptional real estate agent. We are long-term real estate investors exchanging some of the houses in our portfolio, but we weren't familiar with the nuances of selling our homes in Lantana. Miogene was recommended to us by the Judge Fite Property Management group, and she delivered on that recommendation. Starting at our first conversation, she shared her expertise and experiences with properties in the area. She gave us precise guidance on the improvements we could make to the property and the impact it would have on the price and velocity of sale, as well as the return on our investment. She connected us to local resources that helped bring the property up to (or exceeding) the other properties in the market. She truly made the process seamless and easy for us. Not only that, she sold the home for the price she originally set, within a week of going on the market. Miogene is a great communicator, an expert in real estate, and great to work with!

Morgen was amazing to work with. She displayed patience and dedication throughout our entire search and made the process a breeze.

The home that was sold backed up to apartments. It made for a challenge when it came to getting serious considerations. Miogene has sold in this area numerous times. While the total sales time from listing to closing was more than we expected, in the end we had a solid buyer. Miogene shared our listing with other agents that she knew. This home was a sale due to a divorce so timing was everything. Miogene knew that we were needing to get a solid offer quickly. She recommended that we discount the home price because of the apartments behind it. It was agreed and then within a couple of weeks there was a contract. Miogene has a solid network of contacts, both in the real estate area, as well as with contractors to assist in ensuring the home was turn key ready for the buyers. Thus she made calls and provided us with guidance along the way. Miogene is proficient in making sure that the homes she represents are 100% at their best for showings and presentations.
