MIOGENE was a pleasure to work with

Miogene helped us find our first home and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We knew we would go back to her for our second home. She knows the area very well and always pointed us in the right direction. Buying a home can be a daunting process and she made it a lot easier for us. I would recommend Miogene to anyone looking for a new home.

To highly recommend Miogene is an understatement. I can’t explain the number of situations she helped us with outside her normal duties. Also a 1031 exchange can get complicated. She helped us sail through the process and always took responsibility to ensure everything was taken care of. Any time we got worried with an issue, Miogene always took on the responsibility and eased our concerns over and over again. She really is a top notch, kind, knowledgeable, hardworking individual. We are looking forward to using her again in the future. Thank you Miogene.

We have used MIOGENE in the past and wouldn’t ever consider using anyone else - she is professional, knowledgeable and an absolute joy to work with! MIOGENE made the process effortless for us and was on top of everything all from start to finish She’s incredible - we will certainly use MIOGENE again and will not hesitate to recommend her going forward MIOGENE negotiated the best possible price for our sale and exceeded our expectations

Miogene has helped my wife and I buy and sell as well as helped multiple family members. She is our longtime family realtor who has gone above and beyond for us over the years. Would recommend her to anyone!

Miogene was an excellent help in assisting us in our move from out-of-state. She was able to visit houses for us and give a very clear feedback on the house and neighborhood. She had good creative ways to help make our offer stronger in a crazy market and we would recommend her to anyone. We are very happy with our home purchase and greatly appreciate all of Miogene's work and expertise.

Miogene Alexander is a top notch, dedicated professional who has consistently met every standard for integrity with each property we’ve sold with her; both residential and commercial. Her consistency and great attitude surpass the benchmark. Experienced. Determined. Impeccable. Professional. Workhorse. All synonyms consistent with her name; not to mention, she’s also a joy to work with!
