Miogene is one of the Best realtors I have ever dealt with she is very knowledgeable and very involved throughout the whole process. We purchased a home through a builder and she basically helped us pick the perfect builder and made sure all issues was resolved. Miogene also helped us sell our other home by putting us in contact with another excellent Century 21 realtor. Miogene is all around a excellent realtor hand down. Thank you so much my wife and I truly appreciate it.

Due to the fact that I had worked with Miogene previously, I had 100% confidence in her ability to sell my home. Her knowledge of the market is amazing!! She was right on target with the asking price and immediately had an open house and I had multiple offers before I knew it! She moved quickly and efficiently and provided great guidance every step of the way. Miogene is a wonderful person; she’s kind and considerate and extremely patient and personable. Miogene exudes confidence, professionalism and class. She genuinely cares about your wants and needs. Miogene is magical! She guides you through the process with ease!

Miogene Alexander was my agent on a previous sale and purchase and she was amazing. So, when I decided to move again, she was my one and only call to a realtor. Miogene is wise, kind, considerate, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Miogene ensures a smooth process due to her diligence and attention to every detail. She exudes confidence, composure, professionalism and class. I was so happy to be represented by her. She guided me each step of the way and provided excellent information, great contacts and I had all the confidence in the world that she had my best interest in mind throughout the process. She always seems to be a step ahead and is able to solve an issue before it ever becomes one. Miogene truly was excellent in all of areas. One can definitely see that Miogene is well respected in the industry not only for her professionalism and knowledge but also due to her ability to form relationships, her friendly approach and the fact that she genuinely cares for people. Miogene is very easy to talk to, she have great knowledge of the market. She is very patience and trust worthy. Miogene is very professional. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sale or buy a house. Miogene and 21 century Judge Fite staff are very professional. I have been dealing with them for over ten years. Can't thank them enough.

Miogene goes out of her way to take care of her clients. She always puts the client's needs first (witnessed on several occasions during this purchase) . Unparalleled knowledge of the industry and the local market. There's not a better real estate agent out there. Her knowledge of the local builders' policies and procedures, I know for a fact, saved me at least $15,000 on this purchase. She's top notch overall and reflects great credit on the Judge Fite company. Miogene provided an overall outstanding customer experience. No stronger endorsement is possible.

Miogene continues to separate herself from her peers by sincerely caring about the client's needs, her consistent attention to detail and her devotion to putting other people ahead of herself. Outstanding in every aspect of the sale.

Miogene knows the area. She provides solid good information. She took the time to understand our requirements and i learned to trust her judgement. She was very responsive and prompt with information and showings. The home we chose was a "for sale by owner", this required her to reach out and work with someone who didn't intend to work with a realtor. She was adept at making this coordination happen. At the end of the day she worked to find us the home that we wanted and making the sale was secondary to our mission. i will recommend Miogene in the future to friends as an excellent professional. i also intend to use her to sell a home in the near future and i look forward to working with her. I know i can trust that she will provide sound advice and will manage the listing to our best advantage. My satisfaction is tied primarily to the services and support i received from Miogene. It has been a good experience.

Miogene knew what I was going to want/need in a home before I did.

I called Miogene and let her know that I was ready and needed to sell my rental home. I also told her that I need to sell ASAP. She made appointment for the very next day to come and evaluate the home. She arrive 15 minutes earlyAs she did with every appointment I had with her throughout the listing and Sale process. The day after I met with her at her office And she had everything ready to go. She had done a market survey of the area in comparable homes and had A Sale price recommendation as well a marketing strategy. She also recommended a seller's warranty which I agreed to And It turned out I needed this seller's warranty and used it for the HVAC saving time and Money. Within a few days She had its prospective buyer And the house when under contract. She made the sale of This home so easyAnd so fast. I would recommend Miogene to anyone Selling and/or buying. She is so knowledgeable and Professional and has a network of professionals to take care of every need from Repairs needed, Financing and title company. She goes above and beyond in EVERY ASPECT. THANK YOU MIOGENE
