Mireya is a very knowledgeable and professional agent. I was very satisfied with her work. She is very friendly, approachable and responsible. She was very clear in communicating every detail with me and very trustworthy.

Mireya definitely went above and beyond to ensure our escrow was completed on time. Time was essential for our move and she made sure it everything was thoroughly completed. It was our first time purchasing a home and it was overall a great experience with her knowledge and expertise. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house, as she is approachable, dependable, and communicative.

Teresita Mireya Chavarria is a trustworthy agent who goes above and beyond, she takes it upon herself to understand the client needs and communicates effectively every step of the way. I would recommend her to all my friends and co-workers.

It’s always been pleasure doing business with Mireya. She is very compassionate individual and goes above and beyond to help support my needs. This property is located far from my home and Mireya supported many aspects of this purchase (like inspection, resolving post inspection issues, getting renter agreement done, 1031 exchange). She has made process absolutely enjoyable and smoother:) we would only partner with her for any future investment!

We had the pleasure of working with Mireya Chavarria. The entire process of working with Mireya, from our first meeting to the final transaction, was entirely smooth and extremely personable and painless. We could reach Mireya anytime and she kept us informed on every critical detail in a prompt and courteous manner. Furthermore, she was simply outstanding in the negotiating process to help us get the best! It was great to have her guide us through the process and help us achieve our goal which was to become home owners. Her knowledge of the local market was so valuable to us and she made this process very enjoyable. I can’t imagine going through this without her help!

Mireya really made the transaction as smooth and painless as possible. We were concerned about the process of selling a home, since it was our first time, but Mireya was able to explain the steps involved in selling our home. She was always available, kept us in the loop, and was able to find a buyer after our first open house. We were able to get above asking price for our home and Mireya helped us in relocating our tenants. We couldn't ask for a better agent to work with and I would recommend her to our friends and family if they needed an agent's service.
