We worked with Misti Rios. Moving across the country is hard enough. Let alone trying to find a new home in an area you know nothing about. She made it so much easier for us and was great at adapting to our needs. She was fantastic when it came to communicating, she always made herself available. She even blocked an entire weekend to make sure we had her full attention when coming out to look at homes in person. 10/10 would recommend !!

I was impressed with how well everyone worked together to move forward from putting the home up for sale, keeping me posted on showings, and taking the time to answer all my questions about the financial processes involved and surveys and inspections. Thank-you

Thank you Misti for going the extra mile....River City Team, thank you so very much for all your prayers. My husband is back to normal & is returning to work this week. I'm flying back to TX this week & start decorating our retirement home in San Antonio...We are so grateful to the River City Team for helping us close our home smoothly...job well done!

Misti Rios is awesome. She is my go to realtor for any needs that come up for me.
