I think my comments above make it clear that Mitch Rolsky did a superb job selling my condo. I'm convinced that he's one of the best, if not the best, realtor if you're buying or selling in downtown Indy. I think the key to his success is pricing homes correctly, based on real-time data and prices of specific "competing" homes for sale. Several other units in my building were for sale when my place was listed, but mine sold before those did. Two of those units were comparable to mine; one was the same price and the other was priced (very) "aspirationally." They were both on the market before my place was listed and were on the market after I'd found a buyer.

We have worked with Mitch in the past, and as long as he is in the business, we'd only use him if buying/selling again in the Indy area. Mitch was a great advisor all the way through the process and always super prompt. He never tried to sway us one way or another, rather, present back the facts of a home/situation in the context of what he learned about us and our needs. It is this desire to really understand what is important to us (and what point might be slightly more important than something else) that helped us find the perfect home in a tight inventory environment. Layer that on top of immense industry knowledge + attention to detail and we couldn't have had a more trusted advisor through the process.

Mitch is very knowledgeable in his field of work. He's helpful, capable and he doesn't cut corners. We don't think we can find a better agent to help us buy or sell a property. Mitch handled the process very smoothly. He knew exactly what to do and how to do and provided all the support we needed for the transaction.

If we ever decide to go through purchasing or selling a house again. Mitch is the first and only realtor I would consider.
