Mitch Rolsky knocked it out of the park. We always felt comfortable with all aspects of the purchase. That is saying a lot after all of the challenges COVID 19 posed, and the fact that we purchased the home 100% online while we lived in California. His knowledge of the area, and the real estate market really put our mind at ease. He was even able to save us quite a bit of money off of the list price, and made sure the building process was done correctly with multiple home inspections.

My wife and I purchased our house in Indiana remotely from the state of California. Due to the COVID pandemic we were unable to do anything in person.
