Mitch Del Valle was very attentive and negotiated a great price for us. I was very satisfied with the whole process. He also had very extensive knowledge of the area we were searching in. Making himself available to us practically twenty four hours a day was also a plus. Mitch was awesome! Will definitely refer him to others!

We could not imagine a better agent in Fayetteville, NC! Mitch truly went above and beyond in every aspect! GREAT JOB! Mitch Del Valle conducts business the way it should be done...anytime time day or night!

Mitch gets the job done well and efficiently!

He paid attention to what I said I wanted, and got right to showing me houses that fit my specifications. He told me about the areas we were in and answer my questions. He went above and beyond the regular duties of an agent and made sure I was satisfied and offer us help on anything else that we needed. He lined up all the people needed to take care of fixing things. Gave us a list of things we should take care of when we moved in, like Gas &Electric, trash, etc. Also made sure house was ready for us . Made me feel at ease and I couldn't ask for a nicer person, and will recommend him to anyone looking for a house. Everything went smoothing, Mitch took care of a few problems we had and they were solved right away. Were pleased with the whole process. And what is more important he still helps us out when we have questions now and then even after we been in the house for awhile. We rate Mitch very highly and think of him not only as our realtor but also a dear friend. Was much more than all above.
