Molly is a joy to work with very professional and knowledgeable. I consider her a very good friend and a rock star!

Molly is top notch very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend her to all my friends. Molly has become a very dear friend of mine. Great job Molly!!

Molly was incredible. She genuinely understood what we were looking for. She was supportive and worked very hard on our behalf, making the most of each of our free days. She went the extra mile at every step of the process.

Molly did an amazing job helping us find and purchase our first home! She took into consideration our preferences in a home, and was patient with us as she showed us multiple homes before we found the right one. Buying a home for the first time can be a stressful process, but Molly helped things run smoothly and answered our many questions along the way. She is someone we can trust and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a home!

From day 1 Molly was amazing. We had interviewed other agents but knew we wanted to work with Molly the moment we spoke with her. We were not looking forward to selling and a move but Molly made it easy and exciting. She knew our area and how to market our home. She was so helpful with pointers on how to help us set up for showings and photos and even brought us some moving boxes! She went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate it. We found the perfect buyers and couldn't be happier. I don't know how we would have done this without her! Thank you Molly!

Molly Uliczny was recommended to us by various members of our church and as first time home-buyers she made a very stressful and overwhelming process seem easy and even fun at times. She made us want to celebrate when things went our way, took care of us and gave us great advice during and even after the move, and was kind and friendly the entire time. God bless her.

Molly is a hands-on realtor, she is there for all the details, she is also honest, and would never leave her client out to dry. Molly doesn't do this for the money she does it because she loves it, and that is clear!

Having just worked with Molly on the purchase of a new home, we were equally delighted to work with her on the sale of our old home. Molly, along with Penny Dunn, helped us address various items that needed to be sorted out to get the house ready to sell. She counseled us on what we needed to address as well as what we did not need to do, which ended up saving us money. She then helped us navigate 6 strong offers, and she helped us achieve the best purchase agreement terms at the highest sale price. We couldn't have asked for more!
