This is the third time I have bought and/or sold a house with Molly and I couldn't think of anyone else that I would want to work with when it comes to real estate. Not only does Molly excel in what I would consider the standard real estate things; it's everything beyond standard that keeps me loyal to Molly for all my real estate needs. For example, passing on moving boxes from one client to another. I recently moved and didn't have to buy a single box...thanks to Molly... and when I unpacked, Molly connected me with another one of her clients so that I could pass along my boxes. When I need a recommendation for a plumber, electrician, painter, landscaper, etc. I call Molly and she recommends someone that she uses. I have never been disappointed with the service from one of Molly's recommendation's. Molly makes me feel like a friend versus a client; she listens, gives great advice and always has my best interests in mind. I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs!

Molly was an absolute joy to work with in the purchase of a new home. She understood exactly what we were looking for, and she really went to work when a promising home appeared as a pre-market listing. She communicated at length with the listing agent helped us with a strong offer that made the deal, even though our offer was not the highest purchase price offered on the property. The listing agent even told us directly that "your agent is the reason you got the house." We are loving the new home now, and are so glad that we worked with Molly to make it happen!

I want to sincerely thank Molly Uliczny for her incredible support and insight throughout every step of the process of selling my home. She made everything feel seamless and served not just as my realtor, but also as a true motivator and cheerleader. Molly went above and beyond—helping me find boxes, coordinating a team to paint the interior, and regularly checking in to ensure we stayed on track to get the home on the market in a timely manner. Her dedication and commitment made all the difference, and I’m so grateful for her exceptional service.

Molly is amazing. She understood our requests in selecting a home and found one that fit our needs. We'd recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent who is kind, considerate and very attentive to the needs of the client!

Everything went very smooth in purchasing my new home. Molly is very knowledgable about the area and is so sweet and flexible! 😊

Molly did an amazing job selling our home! Everything went incredibly smooth and she was very quick and responsive with all communication, especially with craziness of 6 over list price offers in less than 24 hours! I would highly recommend Molly to help buy or sell your next home!!

The sale of my home was totally painless. Molly was extremely helpful in working with the other realtor and paper work. Since I am a senior I really was in need of someone that could help me with this process and Molly definitely did this. Many thanks.

Molly Uliczny was excellent to work with. She was a wonderful agent and very knowledgeable. She promptly answered all my questions and emails. I would recommend her to anyone in the area who needs an agent. I was living in Colorado at the time and she provided all the information I needed. She also worked worked with my son who lives in the area and we bought the house with her and my son's input. Since we could be there she also took us on a virtual tour of the house which was very helpful, Molly was very easy to work with always kept us well informed. She is a kind, God loving person who is one of the helpful agents I have ever worked with. I recommend her without any reservations.
