Monica Bauer

Monica helped us find an amazing house and walked us through every part of the process in an incredibly helpful way. We very much appreciate Monica and everything she did for us.

Ever since our first phone call with Monica, you could tell she was a very kind and helpful person. Real estate agent aside, she is such a wonderful person who is very trustworthy, honest and pays close attention to your needs. We are very satisfied with the level of detail and courtesy that Monica provided. There's nothing else we could've asked for when selecting a real estate agent for buying a property. From all the time she spent going over documents, to hours on the phone, to answering all of our questions in a short amount of time. She is wonderful to say the least and would recommend her to anyone.

Monica was the realtor who did the sale when I bought 6187 and I wanted to downsize so I asked her if she would be my realtor in selling it for me. Monica is a very patient and understanding agent. She goes above and beyond to get your home sold. I would recommend Monica to anyone who is interested in selling or buying a home.
