Monica was so easy to work with. We were so happy to have her for our broker! She never got ruffled about anything, even when I was all crazy busy! I wish everyone we dealt with could be like Monica!

Monica was amazing to work with, and I don’t think we would have sold our house at all without her. She has so much experience, knowledge, and confidence in what she does, and it was really the way she carried herself during our first walk through that made us want to choose her. She gave was so patient and helped us so much in the beginning. Thanks to her, we got our house in shape before selling. We sold it in 2 days, and she handled everything wonderfully and quickly, because we closed in 21 days. I know we would never have sold our without her help, because it was in no condition to be shown or sold when we contacted her. She told us what we needed to do, and gave us a couple weeks to do it, and things just went so smoothly from there. I would recommend Monica to anyone in the area looking to sell, and would absolutely do business with her again.

Monica and Stephanie were very professional. They made the buying process easy and stress free. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sale any type of property. Monica made me feel just as important as someone spending hundreds of thousands, even tho I had a modest budget.

We are so glad we chose Monica. She went above and beyond for us on the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home, both of which had their challenges. She handled all of the challenges like a pro all while calming my nerves and assuring me everything would work out, which they did.

See above and add, "We highly recommend Monica Medley to take care of any Real Estate needs!
