She was great to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

Monica worked with us every step of the way, showed us multiple houses and discussed them with us critically. She was with us every step of the way. After we closed on the house, we were given a large discount on security hardware based on the referral from Monica. We loved working with her.

Monica Medley was informatative, personable, and helpful through the purchasing process.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Monica! From start to finish, she went above and beyond in every way. Her patience, professionalism, and dedication were truly remarkable — especially given that she was dealing with a personal crisis during this time. Even through those challenges, she never missed a beat. She stayed in constant communication, handled every detail with care, and worked tirelessly to make sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to find someone who combines genuine compassion with such strong work ethic and integrity. If you’re looking for a realtor who truly cares, works incredibly hard for their clients, and treats you like family — Monica is the one you want in your corner. I am beyond grateful for all she did to help make this transition possible.

We've used Monica a few times now, and she's been outstanding every time! Her knowledge of the local market and excellent communication skills made the entire process smooth and stress free. She was always available to answer questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and truly made us feel supported throughout the journey. We highly recommend Monica to anyone looking to buy a home in the area—she’s professional, reliable, and knowledgeable!

Monica is absolutely amazing!!! We had a terrible experience working with our first broker and mortgage company, we wasted over 8 months going back and forth, jumping hurdle after hurdle in the end to be right back at square one. I had expressed my frustration with a coworker that told recommended Monica. I was skeptical at first but after our first conversation I knew she was going to get the job done for us. I explained my situation with Monica and within a few hours she had put everything together that we needed, explained the process, and made sure we never felt lost about anything or any step. We were in a different situation with a tight deadline, Monica never wasted a minute, each issue that arose she had a solution, she is an absolute worrier. To say she was a godsend is an understatement. I can say without a doubt we would not be in our house today if it wasn't for Monica. Thank you for making our dream come true and being there in every way. Absolutely amazing

We would not hesitate to endorse Monica to potential buyers. She is knowledgeable, energetic, enthusiastic, detail oriented, market savvy and provides accurate assessment of client requirements to available inventory. Additionally, she will provide post purchase support in many fields for her clients; this is far beyond the average realtor nowadays.

Monica was great helped us though the way with everything! Any questions that we had she was there to answer!

Monica went above and beyond in her work with us on this purchase. Without her guidance, support and patience we would not be sitting here in our lovely new home today. Monica really went above and beyond to make our purchase work out, going the extra mile to make things happen when we were slammed with a barrage of unexpected roadblocks to our closing. Monica has now sold homes to my sister, my brother and myself; needless to say, if any other family members or friends are looking to buy or sell real estate, you know who we'll be referring them to!

Monica is a very professal agent, she handled several urgent situations after closing ! I have worked with many agents and she is far the best!
