I have worked with Monica before and that is why I chose her again. She was excellent before and she was excellent again. I would highly recommend her and Century 21 First Choice.

She was recommended to me and I was told she was great, as a first time home buyer she was very helpful, knowledgeable quick and very accessible and flexible! She was able to answer all my questions help with my concerns and make me feel comfortable with my options and choices. I couldn't have expected anything more she went above and beyond and probably did more than she needed or required to do and I'm very appreciative of the whole process and outcome! I would recommend her to others and will for sure be reaching out if I was to sell the property or buy a new one!

Monica is friendly and professional. When we wanted to view the property, she was easy reach and very quick to set up the appointment. Her communication between the seller and myself was excellent. She's wonderful with closing the deal and in July we moved into our beautiful home thanks to Monica Medley

Monica was a tremendous help finding the best property for our needs. She worked very hard to make sure everything was covered properly when preparing for the closing.
