Monica Phu

I am grateful for the wonderful job Monica Phu did helping me sell my dad's house. Selling the home was overwhelming, but Monica made the entire process smooth. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and truly went above and beyond to make the tranisiton easy. I couldnt ask for a better realtor and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Monica was able to deliver on almost all our expectations. On the ones that weren't attainable, she was able to provide additional information, explain, and educate us on why they weren't going to be met. I.e. price. She kept our "needs" a priority and communicated with the buyer so that the sale was completed in accordance with the timeline we had set.

Monica was very knowledgeable and helped along the way. Even thought the home was a new build. She was able to provide additional information not provided by the builder.
