Monica Reddin

I truly don't think this deal would have happened without Monica Reddin. Her patience and perseverance through every delay and challenge kept everything moving forward, even when it felt like we would never get to the finish line. Monica communicated with me every step of the way, always listened to my concerns, and always made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. Whenever I became worried or overwhelmed, she was there to calm my nerves, talk me through it and reassured me that we would get through it. She never gave up and was always looking for a way to keep things moving. I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through this without her. I'm so grateful for everything Monica did for me and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Monica is a true professional! She came highly recommended and we were impressed with her responsiveness to our unique concerns, her knowledge of the market, and her tenacity in getting us through negotiations to a closed deal. She is a pleasure to work with, and we recommend her highly!
