Monica helped us buy our first home at the end of August, and we couldn't be happier with her participation in this process. She advocated for us with the sellers, provided personal recommendations for contractors when we needed work done, and still keeps in touch to see how everything is going. Moreover, we always felt like her top priority, and his first time homebuyers, she explained the homebuying process to us in a way we could understand, and helped us every step of the way. Monica helped us find a home that we are so happy in, so we don't plan to move soon-but if we do, she is the only agent that I want work with- I would give Monica an 11 out of 10 if I could!

Monica is great! Understands the market.

Monica was an awesome agent. She was very on top of things and was honest about the houses that we walked through. Her knowledge is very strong in her field and I will definitely reach out to her again if I need services or if a family member or friend needs her services. I can't thank her enough for finding my HOME.

Monica was an absolute pleasure to work with. She showed us every home we wanted to see and had good unbiased advice. By far the best realtor I have ever worked with.

Monica was absolutely fantastic. She was roccomended by a colleague of mine and we are so glad we called her. She took her time with us, made sure all our questions were answered and was patient with us while we waited for the perfect house to come along. We will definitely be using her for any future house purchases and recommending her to any and all friends and family. Thank you Monica!

My experience of working with Monica was great. Monica is very dedicated, caring, knowledgeable and honest. Monica's communication was top tier, which is very important to me. Monica also assisted me in finding my next home. When showing houses, Monica will point out everything that is wrong with a house just so you are aware. If a house is not the right fit for you, Monica will tell you because she has your best interest at heart. I highly recommend Monica to anyone that wants to sell their home or to find a home that they love.

I am so grateful that I chose Monica for this sale. She was very empathetic about the situation that I found myself in with this property and had the confident and realistic gameplan to market and move this house. She knew the area very well and knew exactly what demographics were going to be looking at this style house and what exactly would attract them. The plan was executed just as she had drawn it up. Staged the property exactly how it needed, showed it 8 times in 3 days, and got competing bids to get us where we needed to be ($25k over). She even offered to pick up and do the landscaping right before sale. She knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it. She was very reachable and professional. She went over to the property herself to check on it a couple of times before the house was even listed. She had all of the connections. Monica is my realtor for life. When you know, you know.

Monica was amazing! I could tell she truly cared about helping me not only find my home but also making the whole process smooth and stress free. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was doing, but Monica made the whole process easier and she explained everything to me. She is prompt, respectful, caring, professional, and just overall amazing at what she does.

Monica was very professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of our search and purchase. She made sure that every property that I wanted to see was made available to me as well as suggesting other properties. All I can say is that if you choose Monica, you will have a terrific buying or selling experience.

Monica Roberts is very profesional, easy to work with. Would recommend her to get the job done! Was always there to answer our questions and help sell our house.
