We had a specialty property in The Great Outdoors... we had it listed for 2 years with their internal sales agency... they failed miserably. I interviewed Monica at great lengths about her familiarity with TGO and her understanding of the community. Monica passed with flying colors!. I gave her the listing with zero reservations. I was able to entrust her to handle and oversee the listing from 1800 miles away. Monica regularly updated me on inquiry's, showings and current market activity. Monica was very professional, did NOT over promise, her attention to detail was spot on. We closed on the property remotely. FLAWLESS!!!!! Monica is a breath of fresh air in the world today.. Just in case you are wondering, this is not her mother. She is just that good!

Monica was amazing in handling the sale of our house! She was knowleable about the area, helped us every step of the way, and was able to secure a buyer in incredible time! My family and I would highly recommend the services of Monica in handling the sale of your house or property. She was easy to communicate with, highly knowledgable regarding real estate, and cared about our needs regarding the sale.

Monica was very helpful & patient with me and very helpful when it came to answering my questions and making me aware of things that I needed to know & informed me of the process's involved & the steps to take with my new home purchase

We would not consider any agency other than Paradise Palms for our real estate needs. We really appreciate their attention to our needs and wants during our buying and selling process. We think Monica and Linda are great.

Very professional and knowledgeable of her job. Had great service and understanding. Great to work with.

I called Century 21 because they sold the neighboring property a while back. Monica answered and set up a meeting shortly after and set up a solid plan. She listened to our needs/wants and we came up with a price I was happy with, and the house sold (twice, as the first contract fell through ue to buyer issue). Very happy with Monica, plan to work with her again in the near future to buy a home in the Melbourne area.

Monica is very special. Her demeanor is always professional and calm. I was glad to have her in my corner. Thank you Monica.

Monica is an excellent broker/agent. She made the process of buying a rental property easy and straight forward. There were one or two times when I had a concern and she talked with the seller and expertly handled the issues. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

Professional, always available and supportive at any point.

Monica inquired about our needs and wants and found us the perfect house. She was easy to work with and made sure we seen enough houses that we had homes to compare. She is also a wealth of knowledge of the surrounding area which has proved invaluable. Thank you Monica for all you did.
