I've worked with Monica over the last several years. I plan to use her again to buy my next house. She knows what she is doing and very helpful with questions or concerns that I might of had.

It was a true pleasure to work with Monica. She kept things simple for us which we needed, and worked around my work schedule. She always took the time to answer my many questions too! She did a wonderful job and we would work with her again and recommend her highly to others. She's been in the game for a long time and knows all the tricks of the trade. Loved her!

I enjoyed working with Monica, she is excellent at her job. The sale of the property went smoothly. . I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again in the future. Monica made me feel comfortable and confident in her abilities. She was very helpful with any questions, she also returned my calls or e-mails promptly.

Monica you met and exceeded all of our needs and expectations. Monica you were extremely helpful and accommodating to my elderly parents that were selling their home when residing in an assisted living facility. My father wanted no other agent representing him and had utmost trust in you. You were the perfect agent to represent my parents. Thank you for everything! Randall Shelley
