Purchasing this property was a new experience for us. Monica Wert's help was invaluable. From showing us properties that were in line with our desires to getting us contact information for home insurance in the area, title insurance and settlement services, local utilities for the change over without loss of service, calling our insurance agent to help expedite the quote, copying all the original owners inspection sheets, setting up meetings with the original owner to show us all we needed to know about our new house, moving the closing date up as we were very excited to close on our new property and start enjoying it. Monica made recommendations about what we should do to sell the property. When we didn't do all of them she did not remind us about it, just did what she does best. She was always easy to contact and returned emails and calls in a timely fashion.

Monica answered all of our questions quickly. There wasn't a single instance that we wondered if or when she would get back to us. She made us feel important even though the property we were buying was not a huge commission.

Monica was our agent when we purchased our home in August of 2018. This time we were the sellers and had asked Monica to travel an hour and a half to come to our house to be our agent. I had some experience with other realtors who would not return calls, or failed to arrive at showings. Others would not listen to my needs. Monica had a great attitude through out this whole long process. She was in daily contact with the brokers regarding this difficult financing because of my being self employed. She also was a big help with getting phone numbers for utilities, mail, trash, etc. Monica worked diligently for many weeks to make this difficult closing happen.
