Monica was very knowable about getting this property sold and in a very timely manner. She was always very pleasant and goes out of her way to accommodate my schedule. She had great hints and was very helpful with completing all the necessary paperwork. I would recommend Monica Wert to any of my friends/family that might be looking into selling a property in the future.

My sister selected Monica for realtor for our parents' home after researching possibilities. Monica quickly presented a plan for the sale of the property and didn't hesitate to offer an open house even with snow in the forecast. It paid off and we began the process of moving towards a sale of the property. Monica kept us "up-to-date" with the process and when we had issues to resolve, she helped us make appointments and then met the necessary people at the property to speed the process along. She worked TIRELESSLY to make sure that we would have everything done to complete the sale on our closing date! THANK YOU, Monica. You did an awesome job!

Monica Wert is the best of the best. She is a hard worker. She knows her job like the back of her hand. If she doesnt know something she will find out the answer and get back to you as soon as she finds out. This girl is not joke and is the real deal. I would recommend her to anyone i know. She will help you in anyway she can. I not only got a new house but also a new friend.

Great agent and person

Monica was an excellent agent. She sought us out when we weren't necessarily looking to sell the house, was only private selling. After having the house on the market for a little over 30 days it sold. She was great at making sure communication was facilitated smoothly and that everything done was in our best interest. There was a time when she forwarded us information and allowed us to call her at 10pm to help ease our anxiety sooner. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to sell a house.
