We have already told friends about Monica, and she has found a home for one of them! Our friend could not be happier with his purchase. We would not hesitate to give her cards to anyone we know who is looking to buy or sell real estate in Mifflin [and nearby counties]. If you are looking for a home, call her today! Monica Wert will help to find what you are searching for.

Monica Wert is an excellent representative for Century 21. All communication with me was long distance from Michigan. She made herself available to take my daughter through the house I was interested in. She was courteous at all times and provided the means to sign documents electronically. Monica is very Knowledgeable about all facets of real estate marketing. She was persistent in following up so things progressed in a timely basis. Monica Wert is an asset to your agency

Monica has truly found her calling in real estate and I find it ironic that she would work for an agency that has Above and Beyond as part of their name. Our experience with her has been nothing but Above and Beyond! Monica is a full time agent. That was important to us because we needed someone who was available to show our property or meet with us, at any time. She is passionate and aggressive in her pursuit of a buyer. A real go getter, it is no surprise that she has won many awards. She wasted no time in getting pictures taken and doing all the necessary paperwork. Monica was always quick to respond to our phone calls. Even my husband's, at 7 in the morning! And she kept us informed every step of the way. Being that we didn't live in the area, some of the paperwork could be completed on the internet. That was a real plus. If Monica says she is going to sell your property, she is ! And last but not least, she is truly a real genuine person. Someone you can trust and feel comfortable with. God puts the right people in your life at the right time. We praise God that he put her in ours. Rating her on a scale of 1-10, she is a 10. Thank you Monica for your hard work. Thank you Gayle and the entire team. It was a pleasure working with all of you.

Very open & approachable ; friendly personality from the initial meeting. Delivers the feeling of trustworthiness instantly. Always honest & open. We couldn't have asked for a better more professional & friendly person to work with. Monica was always available when we called and didn't hesitate to show us property multiple times.

Patient, Hard working, Accurate and Friendly...She is all of these! We never waited for replies from her. she was right on every question or request that we had as soon as she possibly could be. She never showed even a tiny bit of aggravation toward us as we searched to find just what we were looking for! I think since this is the second investment property she has sold us in a year and a half, she has truly learned our likes and dislikes. That is important to us, as we plan on asking her to help us with our reality needs again and again. Thanks, Monica!

I think this entire questionnaire constitutes a testimonial for Monica Wert. There was nothing that Monica did not do excellently, but what most impressed me was her devotion to her job. I felt as if she were my private broker and had nothing else to do except ride herd on my problems. This was not a work standard that is seen very often nowadays. If most of the individuals I encountered during the process of getting this mortgage were as productive as Monica, there would have been no talk of a deadline.

Thank you Monica for all your help. We truly found our forever home and love it!!!

We had been looking for a home for a while, and saw several other homes that just were not for us. We knew that we would eventually find one, and we did! Throughout the whole home buying experience Monica was extremely flexible, which was an absolute must for our crazy schedules! She made the entire process smooth, always on top of any issue that arose. We would recommend her to anyone, and would use her in the future.
