Monica was fast in answering all our questions and took us to see several properties. She was a lot of fun and very knowledgeable. She was great!

In summary, Monica made house selling, and buying, enjoyable. Her knowledge of the entire process, her constant attention to all facets of the process, and her personality made this a great experience. In this short time I have come to consider her as a friend.

Monica did an outstanding job at understanding our needs. She went above and beyond our expectations, to provide exceptional customer service. Monica was by our side throughout the entire process, always ready and available to answer any questions or concerns. She handled our inquiries and requests with empathy and tact, while keeping the best interests of all parties involved, in the forfront of her mind. Professional, outgoing, knowledgeable, and understanding. 5 stars!

My previous contact with Monica Wert a year before this closure was a very good experience. When I spent nearly a year with an agent closer to the area where I lived, with no results...I reconnected with Monica. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the area, her professional skills and above all her persistence in finding a property that met my requirements (not an easy task). I am most appreciative of her diligence, professionalism and kindness during this process. I would highly recommend Monica Wert to anyone looking for a property in this area...she goes "above and beyond".

We have purchased three previous single family homes, each using a different agent. Monica Wert put them all to shame. Her level of local real estate knowledge, her consideration of our needs, her willingness to serve and her friendly professionalism are among the highest I've seen in any line of work. Through this process Monica became more than a realtor to us, she became a trusted and valued family friend. I cannot give anyone higher praise than that.

Monica met with us at our property. She was honest and extremely professional. She gave us honest feedback and was very optimistic regarding her ability to sell our property. Our property was a seasonal property which meant we weren't always there. More than once Monica stopped to check on our property and would let us know that everything looked good. We never had to wonder what was going on because Monica always updated us on any progress and always made us feel at ease that she would be successful in selling our property. We were very happy in our selection of Monica as our agent. We would not hesitate to recommend her.
