My family & I were pleasantly surprised when we had 2 full price offers within days of listing the property. After accepting the offer, she successfully guided us all the way to the finish line( and we were out of state so she coordinated the whole sale without us having to be present at the settlement table). Monica was phenomenal during the entire process. We requested information on a tiny house. She promptly responded and sent us several other houses in our price range that she felt we might like. We looked at a handful of houses before we made our decision. She stayed on top of everything to make sure that closing went through. We had some hiccups with our mortgage company but the experience, support and knowledge Monica brought to home buying was immensely helpful. We are also moving to a new area and she has provided us with tons of resources and supports for when we fully relocate. I would recommend her without any reservations, truly a wonderful woman and working with her was a pleasure.
