Monica is a great realtor in the Juniata County area. Her experience and work ethic are second to none. She makes selling a home very easy. With great communication skills, she works hard to get the job done right. I would strongly recommend Monica's realty services to anyone from our area.

She made sure we understand what was going on every step of the way. She made sure to keep me informed about when people were to be at the house. If I had a question She would get back to me quickly.

As Always, Monica is the go to person because her work ethic is Outstanding!! She is always available and puts customer's first. From beginning to the end process she has always guided me thru the entire process and confidently answers all questions. Since working with her on buying and selling I have the most trust and confidence that she is readily and always available and gives sound professional advice! Monica, Again Thank You!!
