When you have to sell your house the most difficult thing to decide is what realtor should I choose. In my case, my mom died at 96 and I had to sell a house she really loved. I went on line and started to look for a sales person. I found a picture of Monica. I reviewed her past clients' comments, which were all very positive. I called her on the phone to make an appointment. I wanted to meet her and see what my gut would tell me. Yes I chose her and she is fantastic. Monica is a born sales person. She is very knowledgeable, extremely honest, very respectful, punctual and a really great person. Monica made our family's very difficult time much easier by handling the sale of the home in an impeccable manner. If you are reading this and want to sell your property, please call the best: Monica Wert at Century 21 Above and Beyond.

Monica is an Outstanding realtor, better then excellent and goes above and beyond all other realtors I have worked with in my life. I worked with realtors in Berks County, Pa and Kansas City, Mo as well in the past but Monica has been the best, and most helpful realtor whom I have the most Trust and Confidence in; she gives sound advice! We would not now be living at this beautiful place if I worked with any other person. She was the most positive and encouraging realtor and person, and we were blessed by her knowledge and professional expertise. As a retired Marine I can say with confidence she is really hardworking and a true professional!! Thank u!!

This was my first time selling a house, she made the process easy and simple to understand and most importantly she was easily accessible with questions or concerns I had Thanks so much

Monica was wonderful! Patient and understanding. It was a very hectic and difficult time for me in selling my home. Monica made the whole process so much less stressful!

I cant imagine a better agent, or a better experience throughout the whole home-buying process, than Monica Wert and the care she provides. She made many important recommendations that benefitted me greatly, from choosing a lender, to bidding strategies, and more. For many, this is a stressful process, and I had no difficulty or frustration at any time thanks to her. I got an amazing house for a great deal, and a smooth process.

Monica Wert was our realtor and she was a very pleasant to work with. Willing to work for you and not trying to push her agenda. Always able to be contacted and did her best to get our questions answered. Would definitely recommend Monica to those who may need a realtor. We chose Monica because she was a local realtor and we were out of the area and yes we were very pleased with her services.

Monica was great! She had great knowledge of the area and pricing. She sold the house in 48 hours!! She works very hard for her clients!! I would certainly recommend her!!!!! Sale went very fast! She did a great job!!! She always kept us informed of what was going on! Monica is the best!!!!! Very professional !!!!! Monica Wert should teach classes to other agents on how to sell homes!!!!!!

I don't ever want to go through buying a house again but if I had to I'd use Monica Wert again! She knew exactly what I was looking for and we could talk so freely. She knows her stuff! Her experience shows. She was definitely a great fit for me! I have already recommended her to others.
