Sarah went above and beyond working with us as we had moved out of state and she and her husband looked after the property as it was their own. She lined up anything that needed worked on such as cleaners, plumbers and anyone else that was needed in order to get the property ready to sell.

Sarah is down to earth and professional. She provides information on specific issues, and then let's you choose how you want to proceed. (i.e. supplying prices on recent comps, under contract, for sale, and then asks where you would like to price your property.) That is important, as everyone has their own time table for their property to sell. She has a highly reliable set of tradespeople to fix inspection issues. Sarah is always available via phone, text, and email, and I highly recommend her for any real estate transaction.
