Sarah was an absolute joy to work with! She always responded quickly to my questions, explained everything thoroughly and made the whole process easy for me. I've already recommended Sarah to a friend because of her extensive knowledge and experience in the senior housing market.

Sarah Schilz has been wonderful to work with! Very personable, attentive and made the whole experience for me so much easier!

Selecting Sarah Schilz to be my broker for the sale of my home was the clear choice. Her knowledge, experience, and professionalism was so evident. Her clarity in explaining the steps along the way made the process so much better. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Northern Colorado area!

We were having trouble getting a place and they kept reassuring us it was all going to work out...and it did. Couldn't be happier.

Jenn and Sarah were the best! We didn't have any previous experience selling or buying a home with real estate agents and they made the process so easy. We didn't have to do anything when it came to pre-inspection, cleaning or pictures. We struggled finding our next home to buy after getting our current one under contract but they were so supportive and kept telling us it was all going to work out. Not supriseingly it did and we will close on our forever home very soon.
