Due to low inventory of property, I had decided to work with listing agent only and that is how I looked for Myrna Dwyer contact and contacted her and showed my interest in this property . Now I feel , that is the best decision I made. At first I was skeptical as she was representing us as well the seller . But she handled the situation very well and was very good at addressing our concern , whenever we had one and was excellent at negotiating the best solution . You have hit a jackpot by having staff like Myrna Dwyer working for CENTURY 21 Classic Estates . So take care of her especially her paycheck . Recommend 10% increase !!!!
