She communicated regularly the status of showings and what prospective buyers were looking for in the local market. In my absence she cut the water off to my property prior to a massive freeze hitting the area to ensure that no damage's occurred in my absence. Nadine was PERFECT! Very informative, and knowledgeable! We definitely had a lot of demands for our first home and not one time did she ever show any ounce of frustration. She was very patient.
