What would seem to most to be a short time frame sale actually was a difficult sale because it ran into one case of buyers fear in the first offer. The second offer went all the way to the morning of closing before the buyers withdrew their offer. No reason was given but it was clear it had to do with their lack of understanding of boat slips are handled legally on Lake Norman. Nadine Wynn was the sellers agent (ours) and had no ability to directly inform the buyers answers to any questions they may have had. No one is sure whether their issue was legal or lack of information. Nadine Wynn handled our side professionally and even managed to keep us calm after that happened. She and her team were wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend them!!
