Working with Nana on the purchase of our Brookfield Residential new build was a phenomenal experience. Nana is exceptionally attentive to detail and was a steady advocate for us from the initial negotiations all the way through to possession. New construction comes with a different set of complexities than a typical resale purchase, and Nana understood that. He helped us work through the purchase agreement, builder amendments, deposits, inspection-related discussions, possession timing and last-minute revisions while maintaining an excellent working relationship with the builder’s team. What we especially appreciated was his judgment.
