She is detail-oriented, honest, and good with people. My wife and I were abroad when we needed to sell my mom’s house. Nancy was full of knowledge and knew what to do from the very beginning and I remember it was very comforting to have her by our side. She has a cleaning crew, painter, and handyman on her team, and did everything for us. And at our request, she even hired a staging crew to give the house a contemporary appearance. She updated us almost daily with photos and videos and answered all our questions over chat. The house was sold within 2wks and we were back in the States just in time to close on Escrow. She did everything she said she could do and made our end very easy. She was wonderful to work with and we have already asked her to sell our house in the future. Thank you, Nancy!

She was so accommodating and met me when it was convenient for me. She had a beaufiful booklet for me outlining current homes for sale and past homes sold in my mom's neighborhood along with information about her experience and qualifications. She is an amazing realator and kept in contact with me throughout the selling experience. I can tell she really cares about her job and is an outstanding and kind person. She did not try to lowball our asking price like another local realtor does to generate multiple over-asking offers.
