Great all around experience working with Nancy. Glad she was referred to me by locals in Waverly. She made the whole process very simple!

Nancy was on top of everything from the get-go. She went above and beyond for us. We always felt like she had our best interests in mind. We will definitely be recommending her to anyone we know looking for a realtor.

Nancy was great in addressing our needs

Nancy was great to work with and communicated with us in a timely manner on any needs/issues that presented itself!

Nancy was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. We trust her implicitly and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

We could not have wanted a better relator than Nancy Conklin! Everything about this experience with her was wonderful! Nancy Conklin is a great asset to your Century 21 office.

Very good to work with. Very Knowledgeable in the real estate market. Up front and honest, would use her again.

Everything went so smooth. She had great suggestions on getting the house ready for market, but made sure everything would add value and return. I was so happy with how fast the house sold.
