Starting out, we did not personally know Nancy... we had only been referred to her by friends. From their stories and experiences, I knew that when the time came (and it would, being military) we would want to hire her. My husband asked me, “you don’t want to interview anyone else?!” I said “no!” Once my husband met her, he saw why I insisted on Nancy. I am a native Floridian who moved to California 20 years ago, but always knew I was coming back. Throughout the process there was a high degree of confidence and trust in her, so much so, that there was no need to make the trip in person before the purchase. I can never thank Nancy Conley and team of financers and inspectors enough for all they did - and because of that I am now an Apollo Beach resident - living my dream - oh ... and still jumping up and down !!
