I would give her higher rankings in all areas if possible. Bottom line- she cared about everything with great detail and sincerity.

Nancy Cumella came highly recommended and met our highest expectations. She went above and beyond the scope of her job to ensure smooth sailing throughout the sales process. Nancy was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Nancy and the staff at Century 21 Hansen Realty.

Best realtor we’ve ever had

I felt Nancy would be there for me throughout the process and she more than exceeded my expectations.

Nancy Cumella set aside two entire days just for us when we flew in from MN and again when Kelly came back to look at additional properties, including the one we eventually purchased. The number of properties for sale in South Florida is overwhelming. She helped us focus on our priorities and narrow down our choices and ultimately found us a great place. Nancy is everything you look for in a realtor.

It's our pleasure to recommend Nancy Cumella. She is experienced, knowledgeable, hardworking, kind, and patient. She has an extensive knowledge of the area and started our search by showing us homes in different neighborhoods to get a feel for what area might be right for us. She assessed our needs and showed us plenty of appropriate listings and because of Nancy we found our dream home. Nancy was always available to us for any questions that we might have or just for a reassuring chat. She handled everything from price negotiations to our closing with expertise. We're grateful to Nancy Cumella and highly recommend her!
