Nancy was a delight to work with,...very knowledgeable! She got me through the difficult Rural Development loan through the government which took an enormous amount of time. She always answered my texts and came to my house in person on many different occasions to help me with any questions or problems. She always had an answer for my many problems or questions. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. If in school she would definitely receive an A !!!

She was such an enormous help to me in my homebuying process, both with her local knowledge and professional expertise, as well as her compassion and empathy to understand me and where I was in the process (a nervous wreck!).
