My experience with Nancy Larrow was outstanding, I originally met with Nancy for her advice on what I would need to get done to get the house on the market. Nancy comes with great knowledge of the market and a checklist of what to do to position the property in the best light, she also comes with a local contact list for just about anything you may need done and I needed a lot, all the vendors she recommended were amazing, This property had great sentimental value to me, and my family; Nancy showed great care and compassion from listing to closing. She initiated a proven and thoughtful hands-on marketing plan to showcase the property. Nancy is also an excellent communicator and made sure I was provided updates promptly. I’m not sure how I would have got this done without her. Overall, my experience with Nancy Larrow left me feeling more like a friend than a client.

Nancy was very helpful through the house selling process. This was my first time selling a house and she helped me understand the process by explaining clearly the steps involved. She was good at explaining where to be price wise and when the time was right to agree to a deal.

Nancy was knowledgeable about the area, set realistic expectations and was very helpful in meeting our needs. She never ever seemed bothered by all our questions and concerns and always had a positive demeanor. We look forward to working with Nancy again in the future.

Nancy Larrow did an excellent job coordinating our home purchase with the For Sale by Owner sellers. She was quick to respond to our concerns and requests. The whole process was relatively stress free because of Nancy's personable personality and professionalism. I would highly recommend her to others as she was highly recommended to us.

Nancy's deep expertise and attention to our priorities during our home search made a world of a difference to us. She never pushed us to purchase a home that did not meet our needs; rather, she was a real partner and gave her professional yet candid feedback on different properties. Nancy has robust knowledge of the local market and trends over time - invaluable! When we found the home that matched our needs, she gave us the encouragement we needed to make our best offer. Nancy was diligent and attentive from our first showing through closing. I would strongly recommend Nancy to anyone ready to start their home search!

Nancy did a great job explaining what we may or may not need to do in order to prepare for sale. Her marketing of our place was phenomenal. And she was easy to work with . In less than 24 hours after being listed we had a buyer. Great job Nancy. Thank you.

This was our second time working with Nancy. After buying our first house with her, we knew she was the one to go to when we were ready to sell our starter home and buy our dream home. Nancy is such a pleasure to work with--she is kind, communicative, and endlessly available. The entire process was smooth and we felt like we were well supported throughout. So glad we connected with Nancy!
