Nancy was very persistent and certain of things, but very caring too, as the entire experience of staging, for example, was quite a sad one for me in particular. She definitely "knows her stuff", and develops a personal relationship with each of her clients, I would imagine. Nancy had a shoulder replacement just after we met, but still continued to "be there" for us throughout her recovery period, which is of course ongoing, and proves her extreme commitment to her clients and her work. Nancy Peterson is an exceptional Realtor – but she’s more than just a Realtor; she’s an angel. She recently represented me in the sale of deceased client’s home. This sale presented many unusual challenges, and with no close friends or family available to assist, it was up to me and Nancy.
