Nancy is an excellent sales broker. Every broker tells you: "I'll handle your house as if it were my own" but the proof is in the doing. Nancy showed up at every house showing. It is the first time I ever saw a sales broker do that! Frankly, I didn't even think it was possible to ask them to. Nancy didn't have to be asked, she just did it. Nancy was committed to this sale from start to end: even handled a few inspections for me w/o me having to be present and one of those was an exterior inspection on a 95-degree day in June!
