Nancy went over and above with her help in selling my home and making sure the transition was smooth. Nancy assisted in areas that were not expected but was most helpful.

I have used Nancy previously. I was familiar with her enthusiasm and knowledge of the real estate market especially locally. Nancy is always upbeat and friendly towards everyone.

She was referred to me by a friend that has had interactions with her and her office. I have known that she has been a very good person and is very capable at her job. She was always quick to handle any issues that would come up and to make sure that all paperwork was signed and turned in on time. She looked out for the needs of my family in all respects which made the very fast closing a less stressful experience. Nancy was always on top of every situation. From start to finish. Was absolutely a godsend.

Nancy was with us every step of the way and incredibly attentive to our needs and questions. She was an effective communicator and assisted us in working with the builder, especially when there were difficult circumstances that popped up along the way. Can't recommend her highly enough, she is great!

We have known Nancy when she was working at Bonterra. We considered another broker for about 2 seconds. she was so eager to help us and always stayed on top of things ands always kept us in the loop.

We highly recommend Nancy Wehunt. She is very knowledgeable, professional and always quick to respond. she pays attention to every detail and always stays on top of everything. She was great!

Nancy Wehunt was so very efficient and professional She came to our home, met with us and went over all the items we needed to consider when selling a house. We set a price, put it on the market and got 9 offers. Nancy was so supportive and encouraged us to look closely at all offers before accepting one. She emphasized that we needed to take the best deal for us, not necessarily the best price. She was great and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. Absolutely a wonderful experience working with her.
