We had purchased a house in Bonterra, built specifically for us. By the time we were ready to close on this house, Covid-19 restrictions prevented our travel to Texas from Ohio and we decided it was necessary to sell this house, which we have never seen. In particular, she was diligent about regularly communicating with us what was happening with the sales process, including those times when not very much was happening. Near the end of the sales process, when the situation became somewhat tense, Nancy’s professionalism and diligence saw us through to the successful conclusion.
