First and foremost I have to be honest, I thought the job of the real estate agent was quite simple and houses sell themselves. I was correct about the house selling itself, but was ignorant about how a quality professional conducts themselves in the industry. I have bought and sold many properties, however, this was a different experience. Not that my previous experiences were terrible whatsoever, but Naomi took it to another level. In the interest of transparency, I was a bit nervous about “letting go” and just letting her take the reins. Turns out, she has a great eye for detail and understands her business like I do mine, which I find quite rare. She was on point at every turn throughout the process (from the minor touch-ups (some bigger than others), to the staging, photographs, networking, every piece of the puzzle, you name it. In conclusion, she created an environment where potential buyers could picture themselves, and just let it happen (which was fast). If my memory serves me correctly, we were not going to take offers for a week or so from listing it.
