We had a challenging time with the sale of our house but Nate got us through all the obstacles and made it happen in a very reasonable time frame.
I submitted a question on a listing and Nate contacted me Nate did a wonderful job. We originally met with him to see listings in the area. He suggested we might be better off building. He recommended three builders that he felt did a good job I was nervous about building a home when we were 500 miles away and couldn’t check on the work. Nate kept track of the progress, he took pictures and sent them to us. He handled several problems we had. I tried and couldn’t get them resolved. He sent a email on both and both were taken care of immediately. He spent time helping me do automatic signatures when I didn’t know how to do it. Nate, along with our builder made our home building experience a enjoyable experience
Nate was the main reason that we chose Century 21 to sell our house. We had talked with him a couple of years before we actually sold the house due to a move out of state.
