As an older person, I tend to be less patient and have more questions than most. Nate is a naturally kind and patient person. He listens to me when I explain what I wanted or needed and also was very helpful when I was looking for the house that I wanted to spend the rest of my days. I didn’t have to worry about having to take a tour of a house that was way above my price range nor did I have to worry about going to a place that was a dump. I will definitely use needs again and I referred him to all my friends and family.
